Information about the Haworth Village Association
Formerly known as the Haworth Traders' Association, the Haworth Village Association (HVA) was a non-profit making group which represented local businesses and other organisations in Haworth and the surrounding Bronte Country area.
The Haworth Village Association (HVA) had over the years arranged many popular events (including the famous Haworth 1940s Weekend). Unfortunately, however, following a publicly attended extraordinary general meeting which was held in May 2011 it was announced that the association would disband, though some events (including the 1940s weekend) would continue to be run along the lines of being organised by various different independent groups.
For information about events in Haworth please visit the events section of the Bronte Country Haworth village website.
