Christmas and New Year in Haworth

Following on from a Christmas market and the opening Yuletide ritual of Scroggling the Holly (pictured above left) a series of seasonal events are usually held in the run up to Christmas and New Year in the Bronte Country village of Haworth.

These usually include a "Pipes Bows and Bells" weekend, torchlight processions (pictured above right) and a nativity pilgrimage etc.
