Walks in and around Saltaire
There are several pleasant walks to be taken in and around Saltaire village, including walks along the towpath of the Leeds Liverpool Canal (pictured above) to Hirst Woods and also through Roberts' Park to the local beauty spot of Shipley Glen.
Guided walks are also available, and the village is also the starting point for an extension to the Dales Way long distance footpath (which officially starts just over the moors to the north at IlkleySaltaire (in Bronte Country) - Home Page
