St. Ives' is a heavily wooded country estate between Bingley, Harden and Keighley - and is famous as being the home of the Sports Turf Research Institute.

Attractions on the estate include the Coppice Pond (pictured above), Lady Ballantyre's Rock, and the Fairfax Entrenchment (which was a defensive position maintained in the English Civil War).
