Mirfield
Mirfield lies on the A644 between Dewsbury and Huddersfield in the Kirklees area of West Yorkshire's Bronte Country .
It was here that Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte attended Roe Head School (where Charlotte later became a teacher).
The area is also associated with Robin Hood, the legendary outlaw whose grave is claimed to be in the grounds of nearby Kirklees Hall.
