Police Box Lands in Haworth Park
A "Tardis" style police box materialised in Haworth Park as part of the Haworth 1960s Weekend celebrations this June (2011) !
Although the "Doctor" was nowhere to be seen, a dalek was spotted at the scene and it can only be assumed that the Time Lord was either hiding in what appeared to be his time machine, or having a pint in the local pub.
Further investigations revealed that the "Tardis" was in fact a police box replica, supplied by "Hire a Tardis". The dalek wasn't real (and didn't exterminate anyone) either..
