The Wizard of Oz comes to Bronte Country
Over the weekend of 9th - 11th October 2015 City Park in the heart of the city of Bradford paid host to "Echoes of Oz" - a celebration of L. Frank Baum's famous "Wizard of Oz" story.
Centred around the famous "mirror pool" (where a special "yellow brick road" had been constructed), the weekend's events included light shows, music and dance sequences based around the story of Dorothy's adventures in the LAnd of Oz, and her quest to find her way home.
