New "Haworth Couldn't Wear Less" calendar goes on sale

A special "Haworth Couldn't Wear Less 2012" calendar (in his and hers versions) has been produced to help raise funds for the Haworth Parish Church Restoration Fund and the Bronte Schoolroom Fund.
Photographs in the calendars feature local people in local scenes and settings - but (taken in the style of the Calendar Girls) wearing little or nothing in the way of clothing ! The front cover of the men features Cllr. Glen Miller (Leader of the Bradford Conservative Group), John Huxley (Chairman of the Parish Council) and Peter Hill (former Lord Mayor of Bradford) in the stocks at the side of the Haworth Church steps. The ladies' cover girl is Nikki Carroll (of Firth's Boutique).
Other "posers" include a bellringer, a plumber, a biker in each and Jens (without his Oompah band or much else) !
The calendars are available from various outlets and shops in Haworth, as well as from Keighley Town Hall and Bingley Council Shop. The calendars can also be purchsed online via the Haworth Calendar website, with proceeds going to the abovementioned funds.
The project has been supported by Bradford Council's Area Committeee’s Worth Valley ward based community development fund and the Area Committee’s culture and heritage fund.
