Abbeyfield's Fern House raises funds for local charity
Earlier this month (April 2018) staff and residents at the Abbeyfield Fern House residential and respite home in Bingley held a special coffee morning raffle in aid of the The Bradford and Airedale Eyesight Trust - a local charity which supports NHS eye departments in the Bradford and Aire Valley area.
Prizes included a special hamper of truffles and beauty products (which was kindly donated by Choice Baskets in Skipton) and a resident family donated puzzle. The total amount raised was match funded by Eagle Intermedia thereby doubling the proceeds presented to the The Bradford and Airedale Eyesight Trust.
